48 Hour Guarantee on Corals
Because of our extensive conditioning process, our stores have reported near zero losses. Our corals come with a 48 hour guarantee regardless of a delay. In the unlikely event of a loss, full credit for the DOA coral will be applied towards your next order. We require clear unsaturated pictures of dead coral. Credit amount does not count towards minimum order or free shipping thresholds. Credit must be used within 30 days. (Fragging or cutting coral will void guarantee)
Our Conditioning Process
We do the conditioning for you. Our conditioning process combines cleaning, dipping, inspecting, anti-bacterial treatments, and most importantly settling time ensuring your corals are delivered to you ready for retail.
